by Mark Avripas, former Area Project Manager for a national
home builder, his experience includes:

Managers and Superintendents
• Forecasting build outs for entire communities
• Managing community overheads and house cost budgets
to forecast targets
• Training and development of Superintendents and customer
service personnel
• Establishing relationships with the municipality leading
to timely permit approvals
• Managing projects in excess of $75,000,000
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management
from Michigan State University in 1994, graduating with honors.
With over 20 years experience in the industry, the ACMC team
has worked with hundreds of trades providing us the experience
of knowing the “best” individuals for each job while
enabling us to be extremely efficient in scheduling projects
and managing budgets.
