2021 Detroit Design Awards

1st Place: M William Designs with Avripas Construction | Eurocraft Interiors

An industrial garage shell was transformed into three floors of over-the-top opulence, where a rotating collection of fine automobiles is showcased in an environment where they’re the stars of the show. Automobile eye-candy was hoisted to a second-floor viewing platform with a glass-enclosed office above, ensuring a getaway from the everyday grind. Relax at the ledge overlook, which peers onto the professional racetrack, or enjoy the spacious, party-friendly terrace.

The Rainbow Connection (2020)

Avripas Construction, with help from their fantastic team (Bolyard Lumber, Edge Construction, Don Mertke’s Cement Work, Liberty Transit, and Rez-Comm), recently completed construction on a brand new ramp and handrail system for The Rainbow Connection in downtown Rochester. We are very happy to be able to continue working with such a kind and caring organization!

The Rainbow Connection (2019)

Avripas Construction and their team recently donated materials and labor to renovate the offices of The Rainbow Connection in downtown Rochester.  The project involved relocating the kitchen and break room from the 2nd floor onto the 1st floor, as well as walling off different areas of the offices so The Rainbow Connection can make better use of their conference room and office space.  Avripas Construction is proud to be able to lend a hand to such a great organization!

M1 Concourse

Avripas Construction is now a Preferred Partner of M1 Concourse in Pontiac.  We are part of a small group of contractors recommended to M1 Concourse clients when they finish their garage spaces.  Avripas Construction has already completed several exciting custom garage buildouts and we are looking forward to doing many more!

2016 Detroit Design Awards

Old Marginalia Farm wins five awards!
This was an Avripas Construction project designed by William J. Thomas Studios

Located in Metamora’s beautiful horse country, this 3,500-square-foot farmhouse underwent a full exterior restoration. The goal was to return the property to its original 1860s splendor. All existing siding and trim was removed and replaced, and the porch was extended around the home. The horse barn and carriage house now feature a full pine board interior, with six horse stalls, a large hayloft, and an apartment
