Scope of Work: Responsibilities were from Building Permit through Certificate of Occupancy. Special features found in this project include pool house, sprayed in urethane insulation, well and septic, pizza oven, wine cellar, home theater, and music studio under garage. "This private residence was built, from excavation through final building, in eight months!"
